Tremaine The Album & More

It's New Music Monday, so I had to let you guys know who's music is flowing though my headphones. First up Mr. Steal Ya Girl just dropped his album and I had to cop it. There are very few artist who's music I will buy without hearing majority of the album, but Trey Songz has never let me down. Plus his last album Trigga/Trigga Reloaded was full of hits. It has to be one of my favorite albums by Trey.

His newest release "Tremaine The Album" just shows how much he's matured not only as a person, but as an artist. The album is just packed with vulnerable, yet revealing music & I love it. He let his guard down, which is why I'm so in tune with his music. He's not afraid to be true to his self and that's what I like so much about him. He's willing to let his fans in and he's not afraid to show how passionate he is about his music. Some of my favorites have to be She Lovin' It, Nobody Else But You, Break From Love and Games We Play. If you haven't bought his album, please do. I LOVE love, so this album was right up my alley.

Kendrick hasn't released his album, but if you've listened to his new song "The Heart Pt. 4" he mentioned the date April 7th. I'm a huge K dot fan, since Section 80. and Overly Dedicated that's been my guy! I loved Good Kid M.A.D.D. City, but I wasn't too much feeling To Pimp A Butterfly. I did buy TPAB because I will forever support him, but I want the old K dot back.

The Heart Pt. 4 made me happy. I feel the old Kendrick is about to resurface. He's been kind of behind the scenes trying to share the spotlight with his other Top Dawg label mates, but without further adiue it's time dammit. & if his album is anything like this song I'm sure I'll be a happy K dot fan. Plus somebody has clearly made Kendrick mad you can hear it in this song. Rumors say he was taking shots at Mr. Graham, but we'll see when the album drops hopefully it's soon.

Speaking of Drake he just released his album as well. Physical copies will be in stores March 31st. I'm not a Drake fan like I used to be. I used to love him and knew every song word for word. I mean I still vibe with some of his music, but I'm good on buying his album. After 'Take Care' his albums have just been disappointing. He'll never top Take Care, like ever. That was some of his best work, but his new album entitled "More Life" is out and ready to be heard. Aside from his singles he released I have to say I like Glow, Free Smoke, Portland and my favorite BLEM! I gotta admit sometimes he does know just what to say. If you're team Drizzy his album is on Itunes if not wait until friday and get a copy in stores.
