Pay It Forward:
In 2017 I want to focus more on paying it forward. If you've seen the 2000 production starring Haley Joel Osment then you know what I mean. If not paying it forward means respond to a person's kindness to oneself by being kind to someone else hence paying it forward. It was a typical Sunday and I was out running errands, so I stopped by Starbucks to get my daily fix. I ordered the usual, Grande Caramel Frappuccino and it was love in a cup. When I got to the window the Barista informed me the car in front of me had paid for my order. My first thought was dang I should've ordered a Venti. Lol, but I was appreciative of the nice gesture. And call me sappy, but things like that really get to me I literally had the biggest smile on my face. So, I asked the Barista what the person behind me ordered and paid for theirs. I'm not too sure if they kept it going, but I decided to pay it forward. It's the small things in life that matter and you never know what a person is going through. Although a person who is low on money shouldn't be at Starbucks the person behind me could've scrounged up that money to get their daily fix and really didn't have it to spend.Think of my Starbucks story the next time you're at a drive-thru and be the one to start the trend by paying it forward.
